ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to help shape customer-focused strategies through data-driven discoveries. In this role, you’ll dive deep into customer behavior, segment key audiences, and uncover trends that inform marketing, customer acquisition, and retention efforts. The ideal candidate thrives on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and has a track record of influencing marketing strategies—especially within subscription-based or SaaS business models.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead analytics for both self-service and sales-assisted acquisition, monitoring funnel performance and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve performance issues through root cause analysis, impact assessment, and solution implementation.
  • Manage and enhance marketing data pipelines from tools like Google Ads and Hubspot through GCP, DBT, and Looker.
  • Drive strategic marketing initiatives through projects such as attribution modeling, real-time lead scoring, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization for diverse audiences (Looker preferred; Tableau and PowerBI also acceptable)
  • Proficient in SQL; experience with LookML is a plus
  • Familiar with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Segment, and Stitch, with a strong understanding of data flow across systems
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional marketing teams
  • Experience using data-driven insights to inform strategy, particularly within subscription-based or SaaS business models
